This page is only for those Class Members who received a notice and is not a Claim Form.

If you received notice from the Settlement Administrator containing a Notice ID and PIN, but you need to update your name or mailing address information, and/or you want to elect to receive a settlement payment via PayPal or Venmo rather than a paper check, please login below using the Notice ID and PIN included in the Notice you received. Submissions must be completed by November 30, 2025.

If you did NOT receive notice from the Claims Administrator containing a Notice ID and PIN and need to file a claim, you may do so using the Online Claim Filing portal.
